Modern Art
Now in its fifth year, Modern Art takes place the first Thursday of May. For one night the entire hotel is turned over to artists to display their work. Artists are encouraged to present art and installations that take into account the venue in which they are showing. Artists use all types of media to transform the rooms, the courtyard, lobby and grounds. This extremely popular event is curated by Amy O’Brien and Kerry Tullis.
